Full Description: We are opening the doors of our holiday home so you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Aegean as much as we do. This is a place for those who want a relaxing self-catering holiday and to discover real Turkish culture.
Situated on the holiday site Ozhisarkent (approximately 45 minutes by car from Izmir airport), close to the town of Seferihisar (famous for its Mandarin Groves) and the quaint fishing village of Sigacik. The house has a sea view; with the beach being only a couple of minutes walk from the house, and is close to the complex’s private swimming pool.
The house is fully equipped for your stay and comprises of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.
Ground floor
Open plan kitchen/diner (with washing machine and dishwasher), 2 x double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with shower. Large shaded terrace area outside, external shower and gardens. Staircase from kitchen/diner to:
First floor
Lounge with patio doors leading onto large balcony area, 2nd kitchen area, WC.
Outside balcony area (with sea views) with swing seat and built in barbecue. Staircase to:

1 x double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, outside balcony and sea views, 2 x single bedrooms (1 with balcony and sea views, 1 with view of the swimming pool), bathroom with shower.

Price Details: From £260 per week (including transfers to and from Izmir airport) dependant on time of season and number in party.

Other Amenities and Local Attractions: The complex has a swimming pool (adult and children’s pool), a market/general store selling daily provisions (bread, milk, cheese, soft and alcoholic drinks and toiletries), beach area with sun beds and parasols and a café bar selling light snacks, soft drinks and beer.
Situated close to the village of Payamli (approximately 60 km's/45 minutes by car from Izmir airport) the holiday site of Ozhisarkent is 10 km’s from the town of Seferhisar and 15 km’s from the fishing village of Sigacik, which offers a number of seaside bars and restaurants and boat trips to various picturesque Turkish bays.
60 km's/45 minutes to the south by car is the popular tourist town of Kusadasi where you will find a multitude of restaurants and bars. You can take boat trips to other historical Turkish sites as well as the Greek Island of Samos. You will also find the historic ancient city of Ephesus.
70 km's to the northwest (1 hour by car) are the popular tourist towns of Ilica and Cesme where you will find bars, restaurant and nightclubs.
In this delightful countryside location, children can play safely and it is possible to go anywhere in Turkey using the local transport. However, we will be happy to arrange car hire during your stay if required.
